Green has always been my favourite colour. This shade reminds me of the conifer trees In the valleys, here in the New Rockies When viewed through falling snow.

From the album and upcoming novel GRAVITY WING. I wrote this song in the form of a Renaissance “virelai,” a form of vocal music that is strophic but elaborates on itself. Here I recorded both voices. When I perform it live, I either sing it with a friend or have her play that line on a viola or violin. The text of the song is an important element of my upcoming novel upon which my album is based.
